REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If your glass arrives broken or faulty, email us at marc@pintputting.com with a photo within 48 hours of delivery. We'll sort it out — replacement or full refund, your call. We cover return shipping for faulty items.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Please review product descriptions and images carefully before purchasing.
NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
- Free Sticker Packs (you only paid postage — these are non-refundable)
- Any item that has been used
REFUNDS FOR FAULTY ITEMS
Once we receive and inspect the faulty item, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
